I posted in the "what's everyone brewing" forum about taking the Mirror Pond Clone but swapping out Cascade for Galaxy.

Haven't used either of these 2 ingredients before. Will this be a nice combo? I have a bunch of Galaxy that I want to use up.

I love galaxy, nice tropical fruit. But not a fan of Ringwood in hoppy beers. I find it detracts from hops (as in Picaroons!)

Well in this brew I want the Galaxy to be the show, especially being the first time I've brewed with them. So maybe I should just stick with US-05 seeing it's my normal go to?
