Another good reason for leaving the public sector. ;-) I haven't looked back. I'm also supplying 5 kegs for mine.

Ah...groupies...cute little things but not as cool as it sounds. Well, at least not in the middle of the night when you need to sleep off the drink. haha.

It was -12C when I mashed in and -8C after 75 minutes. Mash only lost 4F over that time so I'm happy. My first BIAB in over a year. Mild is happily bubbling away at 68F now.
