Cranberry lambic? I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
I haven't 100% decided what to brew for it myself. Maybe a sour saison.

Racked the "cranberry lambic" base beer onto 5lb of cranberries and a smack pack of Wyeast lambic blend.
Berliner soured to 3.3 ph ...boiled and is fermenting. I'll add 5lbs of cranberries once it settles down.

Took my first crack at a black IPA, the wort tasted great, and I finally hit a target og bang on. A pic just as I was getting ready for mashout.

Brewing a 35ibu 5%. with Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hops...extended whirlpool at a few different temps. All IBU from 1st whirpool

Kegged up my second attempt at a kolsch last night. Same recipe as the first time, but with a different yeast.
Just waiting for my propane tanks to return so I can brew my standard blonde.

Brewing a modified version of my regular IPA. It's been a little over 2 months since my last brew day, and about 4 months since I last brewed an IPA!

Made a 3711 starter and a wyeast Brett L starter for a petit prince clone-ish thing I'll brew in a few days. Also probably brewing a dry stout tomorrow.

Brewed my Big Spruce DIPA entry.
Also tapped a batch of the Hoppy Thing recipe from Beer and Brewing magazine fermented with Conan. I'll probably give this one a go again sometime. Pretty juicy stuff.

procrastinating on big spruce entry beers by brewing a petit prince clone-ish thing (same grain bill, slightly modified hop bill, 3711 and brett L for yeast). Never brewed a beer with gravity this low or one with brett before.
Also kegging a raspberry berliner weisse.
I think I'll do the experimental sour or the dark mild soon and do the DIPA closer to competition.
