Sure if that's how you take it. Speaking of that I need to do the same.

Probably next summer before I brew it again. This 15 gallon batch should last me the winter

I just finished a marathon brew day putting together a doppelbock. If this doesn't turn out I'm gonna be really pissed. :)

Just finished up an English Bitter. Luckily the rain held off, despite a few little sprinkles :rockin:

Brewed a 20 gallon batch of Funktown APA today, split it between 3 yeast. Funktown, Conan and us05. Also got most of the small shed put together finishing off the roof tomorrow.

Indeed. We should swap a bottle if you're gonna be down this way in October.

Trying to fast track the apa. Just dry hopped after 3.5 days. Will keg Sunday after 5 days and force carb. Hope to have it ready for Tuesdays meeting.

In thinking of doing something like that with my Belgian IPA. Vigorous fermentation has ceased and I'm going to drop the dry hops in tonight and let everything finish up at once.

How much do you need? I picked up 16.5lbs of Weyermann Munich Type II from the group buy last Fall. I haven't brewed as much as I was hoping so I don't think I've touched it, and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get temperature control in place in time to do a Czech Dark Lager entry for Big Spruce.

If you're hard up I'd certainly be able to help you out with some.

(And to anticipate your next question, I won't know if I'm going to be at the meeting on Tuesday probably until Tuesday afternoon ;) )

Will be kegging the Funktown APA on Sunday which will be coming to hoptoberfest. Also automated my mill with a $7.50 lamp dimmer switch (on sale at Canadian Tire), and weighed out the grain for my next batch of Nut Brown. Will be cleaning kegs again tonight so that chore will be done and over with.
