I never hit my numbers, probably because I don't care too much about that stuff . I made my hoppiest beer ever this weekend, or it will be once it's dry hopped. It's 11 gallons of American IPA with over 20 oz total of Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, and since I had some leftovers from this year's harvest, Cascade and Goldings, split over first wort hops, two whirlpool additions, and two dry hoppings.
A big thanks to my hop plants and to Keith for the last OBK hop group buy, because that would have been an expensive beer otherwise.

Trying my hand at an imperial stout, doing my first mini mash with a couple pounds of 2-row, some flaked oats and lots of darkness.

Haha. Yea I haven't been out to Dave's in ages. Just can't justify the drive for a couple packs of yeast. Lol. However building a buddy his kegerator so will be visiting soon, and another trip for my new pot in April.
