I was planning on stepping up my starter a couple of times anyways so it is no trouble to make more. I just might have to wait until the second step to break off the fourth portion and any more after that, so it may take a few extra days.

I'll keep you in mind the next time I step my Vermont Ale yeast up. Or, if you don't mind "post fermentation rinsed yeast" I will have some this weekend after I keg.

Thanks Derek and Lucas. I'm not in a huge hurry and another Brewnoser messaged me separately about making a starter in the next little while so I'm going to take him up on that.

Thanks for the offer of Denny's. I have a bunch of fresh yeast in the fridge that I need to use before I think about getting any more, though.

What I will do with the Vermont Ale is break off a few mason jars at each step. I'll definitely save 1 each for Celiacbrew, jacinthebox, and spickup, but if anyone else wants some in the near future it will be waiting in my fridge.
