So far it looks and smells great. I have high hopes for this one.
If in Halifax, you could also pick up Mad Tom at Priemier Wines. Another beer I love, and one I can get here for the time being. Not sure if they will still carry it after inventory is gone, but I sure do hope so.
Mashing in a Helles right now. House smells great

I tried the blood orange from extreme brewing and it wasn't all that orangey could have been the orange but it tasted like a plain old hefe
I'm thinking of trying to get a few single hops done and maybe try and I'm a sucker for the sorachi ace and would love to try and make something similar , also something similar to juniper ale.
Good to know as I haven't brewed one before. I'm gonna give it a shot, and hopefully can find some blood oranges locally.
Petes Frootique occasionally has blood oranges.

I'm gonna do a cherry wit and melomel later this summer. Will take the kids cherry picking once they're in season.

That's on my "to brew" list Tony......keep me posted on what you think of it. Was it the Hoptomology's clone recipe that you brewed?
Just tried the first one now. It sure tastes like SBAIPA. I'll post a picture of it later.. perhaps when I'm finished making my bread and have the two Partridges I have thawing out cleaned.
With this recipe, I think I have found what I have been looking for. The taste is incredible to me.

Going to give Jamils Cream Ale a shot.
Just about to rack a wheat to the secondary and add some raspberry as well.

I don't care what I brew next, I just want time to brew! I've brewed once since Christmas and that was a rushed brew!

doing my third triple, PiIsner, Vienna and caravienne. I'm getting base recipe hammered out, Eventually I want to wander off style with some late additions of simco and cascade.
