Nope. It's a separate download from the lite version

Cunt. He could at least give a discount for lite owners. :moon:

I know he wanted to, but I think the android marketplace is what was preventing it.

Well, it's true that the Android marketplace doesn't give a developer any way to do something like that, but there's no reason he couldn't serve an upgrade-from-lite version off his own server. It's not like Apple, where it's illegal to provide a separate sales channel if you have an app in the App Store.
Currently on tap: Nothing!
In keg: Still nothing.
In Primary: Doggone American Rye Pale Ale

He will be updating the Lite version to allow you to upgrade to the full version, but it's not happening immediately.

From the newsletter:

Waiting for the iPhone/iPad version?

The iPhone and iPad version has already been submitted to the Apple store and is awaiting final approval - likely within the next two weeks.  Also I'm working on a BeerSmith Lite in-app purchase upgrade option for existing users.  I'll send a note when these are available.

Agreed. Seems like us early adopters would be getting penalized. Hopefully the upgrade doesn't take long to go through.

I used "BrewAide" for my last brew day. Basically export Beersmith format to a Dropbox folder.. BrewAide syncs up to that and it's all there. Timers and shit too.

Likely not as slick as Beersmith's cloud service and all that, but I'm not paying a yearly subscription for it either.

Trying to decide between lite and full. Pisser you have to pay for full, even though I have desktop version.

I've used both and would suggest full. It gives you access to more tools, the ability to edit - and my favorite: the ability to change individual units of measure between metric & imperial (I use grams for hops, lbs/oz for grain, liters for water, and plato for SG).
