I dunno - I say get in there first, then you'll be certain to be the best-to-date. There are so many good brewers in the club that the pressure will increase :-)
Currently on tap: Nothing!
In keg: Still nothing.

I'm in. I'd love to do an ESB. I might even let Nash push the alcohol level :-)

Pressure? Just let Nash cover up any flaws with sweaty armpit hops and you're golden!

I'm in the same boat as many of the others in that I don't feel ready to take on this challenge, but you know how to reach me & as of January 1st I'll be within three blocks of you for all but a few hours each week, so if you need any help lugging things I can be coerced, especially if rewarded with beer.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

Well, duh! That's the only reason I signed on for this gig. I know Nash can cover up anything I screw up.

I think this is a fantastic idea. I'm too much of a rookie still.

I'm glad plenty of people have jumped in. Gives me lots of time to perfect my Smoked Black Lambic.

i think I figured out what I want to brew tonight as well. Nash how do you feel about a peanut butter chocolate porter? Would be a great V-day release :cheers3:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Sounds like some fucking awesome ideas ladies, BUT will any of your ideas really compete with my uber-stunning oyster-brined double-smoked quad-hopped Imperial Jamaican Tripel Black Pale Weizen? Clearly, I'm going to be the wiener here    X)

Isn't that the recipe that Garrison wants but you refuse to give them? Awesome!

It didn't roll out exactly like that but yeah - Anaphylactic Choc Porter :mmm:

Batch #1 is in the fermenter. Belgian pale ale. Over the next few days, I'll get the recipe up for any of you looking for recipes to start your own brewpub.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Do you think you guys can coerce Nash into making a session beer, or even a cask ale? I'd loan my hand pump to the bar. Lorne used to do that at Rogues.... Of course, he'll tell ya I'm

I've given up on that request.

Propeller had a Mild last year (I think). It was so badly recieved I could only get 2 growlers, and I was looking for it.

You sir are a smart smart man

Hands up for exporting Pinhey to the UK :spilly: A firkin of cask ale not good enough for you?

FYI I can and want to and will brew just about anything on the planet including my invention of a gigantically hopped 'American Mild'. Love to do some ESB at some point too. The thing is it'll take years to get to them all. The first specialties I brewed here have a LONG LONG ways to go before they sell out unless you come in and drink them

Ahem. I submit that I have been doing at least my share, plus that of a few others, to empty the vats there. Including the firkin (4 pints, I think....) Plus I bring in people with me, thereby doubling the impact. Fcuk, I should get a discount! :mebeer:
