Pics tomorrow.

It has a tank thread and looks like my other regulator, but the label is 500PSI and it will leak out the safety when hooked up.

Do a google of other gases that use that thread. I'll see what I can find.

It fits both of my tanks, no leaks there.

It is Cornilus (sp) brand.

Cornelius brand? That's fucking weird. IIRC, they are still in business, you might want to send them a note. Regulator probably has a model number on it...?

Yeah, from the pic it looks like a cornelius reg...same as mine in my keezer (posted pics last week). Not sure what you mean by "500psi" reg? or what you're asking? By the looks of it from the pic...its got the normal contents gauge on the HI side (if you mean the needle only goes up to 500psi when you connect it onto your tank, don't worry about it, most ppl find that gauge useless and innacurate)......but i can't make out the numbers on the low side??? does that gauge (low side) go to 500psi?

here's the pic Sandy sent me for others to see....if that top gauge can read 0-60psi or so..then i'd say you're pretty well good to use it as its already got the check valve.

It may just need new seals.

Can we buy them local?

The label is minimum inlet pressure
3447kPa (500PSI).

How do you attach the pics?

Below the window where you type your post, scroll down to the bottom just below the button to submit the post. You will see a tab that says upload attachment. Click that and you can "choose file" from your computer that you want to upload. After that, just hit the "add the file" button and submit the post.

You can buy the white nylon washer local...fairview has em i do beleive. The rest, i'd say hook up a gas line to that barb with a QD, hook up the reg to the co2 tank....i use teflon tape on everything....then check for leaks with soapy water.

The regulator kits for cornelius models are available from Simgo IIRC.
