I can’t help wondering how much of the good beer in the Maritimes has his influence. I was drinking my IPA last night, it’s now dry hopped because he said my beer needed to be more “hop forward”. I like it more dry hopped. He “Nashed up” my water profile too. At the same time I have a belligerence, and want to keep some originality in my brewing. I’ll keep on skimming my FWH hops, dammit

Who gets the credit? Is the credit "balanced" like a good beer?
If I had a retirement brewery, and I might in 10 years, and Greg helped, I’d have to give him credit. The name NASH itself would be worth $$$$$ in publicity. It’s like a local stamp of approval.
