Brewnoser Glasses

Post by Tony L » Thu Jan 16, 2014 9:37 pm

Just poured a Helles into my new tulip Brewnoser glass. Wish I had known they were this good, I would have had an even dozen.

The Helles I just taped was made last summer and has been lagering since then. Now I have the yeast cleared away from the bottom of the dip tube, it pours clean.
Man what a nice malt flavour it has. The best I have ever brewed for sure. Pretty much true to style according to BJCP guidelines IMO.
I may break down and enter this one into the Cowtown comp.

Cheers, and thanks guys for the glass.

Good stuff! There are plenty more, and I will be back in the next couple of months, so remind me closer to the date. Maybe ask the gents if they'd like one too? The moose meat was sufficient payment, will eat it this weekend.

Will certainly do that. Dwayne is brewing tomorrow, and if I get a chance, I'll drop in on him.

Enjoy the moose.

Cheers
