Most of my beers so far have been carbed around 2.5 volumes. I would consider 3 high and 4.5 excessive. I've also had bottle bombs in the past and don't want to revisit this again, but want to stay in the style.
I was thinking 3/4 cup dextrose to my 23L batch would be suffice and provide adequate carbonation. These will be carbonating at room temp, approx. 63-65Fahrenheit, and my calcs say it will put me at 3-3.1 volumes. Any input on this would be appreciated.
