I am looking for a space to set up fairly advanced home brew setup. Live in condo, so setting up in living room is not an option. Girlfriend would not go for that! Haha
Are there any rental spaces with garage door available? Do the storage places allow this?
Thanks

Where are you located? I would think you could team up with someone at No or shared cost and also split the cost of the setup.

Still no luck. Seems finding a space with water, ventilation, and heat is not so easy
Basically a garage, or lab.

Re: rental space for brewing
There was an idea bandied about previously of renting an apartment/house to be a brewhouse for all of the folks who cannot/do not brew at home. Set it up with big propane tanks, fermentation/yeast fridge, etc. Split 10-15 ways, the costs might be downright reasonable! I don't think it got beyond the idea phase.
That being said, I support GAM's idea of making a beer friend and sharing costs, so as not needing to have all of the equipment there. I assume you'd have enough room/support to ferment and do the rest post-brewday at your place? And maybe hold off on the advanced system until you had more room?

Open to sharing costs with others. Basically one needs a lab like setup.
