Horizon Hops in a Bitter
I bought some Kent Goldings, UK Challenger hop plugs for my next bitter. I have some horizon hops in my freezer I would like to use up. I would like to use the Horizon for a 60 minute addition and use my hop plugs at the end of the boil. The Horizon AA is 11. My OG is at 1.047 and the IBU would be around 30-40.
