A few quick questions on the picture posted, which is my first attempt at an all grain Cerveza. A standard grain bill of Pale 2 Row (70.7%), Flaked Corn (19.5%) & Flaked Rice (9.8%) with WLP940 Lager Yeast. OG was 1.050 and FG was 1.011, started May-04 and kegged out of the primary on May-25, I also racked this batch into another bucket and then ran through a filter at kegging in an attempt to clear the final beer.
The beer smells fine and tastes pretty good, it is very light with a slight sweet flavour at the end and no aftertaste (I forced carb'ed it a little too much). I probably should have lagered it for a few weeks as it lacks that dry lager finish. I guess my main question based on the picture, am I looking at chill haze? And if so, will more time in the fridge clear this beer or perhaps more time in my cold basement (10-14C all the time)? If chill haze, are there any easy fixes for next time as I rolling boiled the wort for 60mins and used a wort chiller to try to chill the wort as quickly as possible? I read Irish Moss or Gelatin may help.
I am happy with this end result, but this was not what I expected so it seems like a good opportunity to learn something

Thanks, chicanuck
