I find Chrome occasionally needs a reset to get audio to work. Less so lately, maybe they fixed the problem in the newest releases. If you hit cmd+shit+t (ctrl+shift+t on windows) when you reopen, all of your tabs come back too, so you can just close it and reopen and by right back to the video.
