Cooling in an Apt

I'm trying to plan a setup for all-grain that I can do in my apartment. So far everything is worked out except cooling. I'd most likely use an immersion chiller but I'll be brewing on the patio, which doesn't have water access. I don't want to run hoses through my place, and I'm a bit leery of carrying around 5+ gallons of boiling hot wort to bring it to my faucet.

Has anyone else found a solution to this?

build a little shelf that has wheels that u can cart the boiling kettle around.

I do the hose through the apartment and it's no problem. I have 2 50' RV water hoses that I picked up at Princess Auto, dirt cheap.

I use them for everything. They are designed for potable water and won't cause off flavors in the beer.

@Jimmy: Almost PM'd you directly instead of making this topic since I'll basically be reproducing your setup.

I'll have to reconsider the hose route. Seems like no matter how I set it up I'll be using hoses to attach the chiller, just a question of how long they are.

On another note, 15g OBK kettle on the way!

It's also nice to have the ability to fill your kettle with water while you're on your patio, and not have to carry it out in buckets. The only lifting I do on brew day is empty vessels, or my fermenter once it's full (and even that I wheel around on a carboy cart) - there's no heavy lifting involved.
