How many dry whole hops in an ounce?

I just got some dried hops from my parents-in-law. I don't know what type they are, but I thought I would try throwing some in the secondary of my West Coast IPA Festa Brew. I don't have a scale yet and was wondering if someone could give me a ballpark of how many whole hops is in an ounce? I plan on adding an ounce or two.

I'd throw in 4 good packed handfulls
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
