Morgans instructions
I was looking at doing a Morgans Wheat beer but the instructions seem vague. Just adding a kilo of some sort of sugar doesn't seem very precise, plus I'm not sure if combining these ingredients would leave me with a finished wort? Can anybody help fill in the blanks for me?

Re: Morgans instructions
I don't know if anyone has told you or not, and if not let me say it probably would be a better brew if you discarded those instructions that comes with those kits and even toss the yeast also.
Read http://www.howtobrew.com/intro.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for instructions on doing canned kit beers and pick yourself up a fresh pack of yeast at Noble Grape to go along with it.
Adding sugar to a canned kit which probably contains a fair amount of basic sugar to begin with will leave you with a less than stellar brew IMO.
