At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Very interesting, and I only found one typo, on page 6 at the very bottom:

"0-12°C (50-53.6°F) for cask conditioned" seems they missed a 1 ...
