Portable Keg Charger

Post by LeafMan66_67 » Fri May 18, 2012 8:32 pm

Anyone have a portable keg charger that I could beg /borrow / steal for Sunday in the Halifax / Lwr. Sackville area? Wife just informed me that there are 25+ people arriving at the house for BBQ on Sunday ... the keg charger would help. Keg charger is a small item .. big ass smoker and larger grill would really help. 25+ people .. what the hell was she thinking anyway?

Too short of notice for me, or i could have lent you my jacpac. Pulled pork is your friend for that party.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Smokin' a turkey on Sunday anyway (was cleaning out the freezer regardless of party) and now I'm thinking that pulled pork cooked overnight on Saturday isn't such a bad idea since pork is in the freezer anyway. Keg charger just makes it easier to drink - who gives a shit if you have to run to the basement to fill your glass? That's why I have a 9 year old - to fill my glass!
