Re: What's everyone brewing?
Brewed my first batch since my daughter was born last October (and also the first batch on my new grainfather setup) - going great so far!
Doing up a wheat ale base that I'll chuck some kind of fruit on in 10 days or so (leaning towards strawberry after trying the strawberry blonde from nine locks)

Whipping up a pale ale with my grown hops, but I kind of feel like a crazy person for brewing in this humidity right now.

Kal has more than one English style on his website. I have never made this one before. Currently bubbling away in my basement. I used LalBrew London Ale yeast.

Re: What's everyone brewing?
Brewed up a kettle sour base beer for two fruited sours. One will sit on Strawberry puree, the other on Mango+peach puree.
It's honestly been a while since I brewed and made a few mistakes lol. Added the yeast instead of the lacto after the brew day lol. Needed to add the lacto with the yeast, then boil it 2 days later to kill both and add more yeast haha. Hopefully I didn't lose too much alcohol that was created in those two days to the re-boil, the boil temp was sitting at 97c so there was definitely some more volatile substances than water in the mix reducing the boiling point. Oh well, time will tell

Made a Harvest Pale Ale with 10oz of fresh Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops grown in my yard this summer. All added at the end of the boil. KRUSHER yeast from Escarpment.
