I bought one of the “damaged” millls from Everwood last year. It worked great till yesterday. It won’t crush anymore, the “free” roller seems to spin free for about 10 secs and then stops and the crushing stops.
I had it all apart to clean and look for something wrong and nothing seems obvious, all the bearings seem fine..
Any suggestions?

Re: Grain mill help
Bearings seem fine. Are they all there? If any are missing it could run for a bit and then when the bearings bunch together on one side it could jam.

Re: Grain mill help
sometimes when its even slightly crooked in its housing this happens. Make sure everything is super straight. when you tighten it up.
