Has anyone ever had your stored yeast do this? It's a first for me. This was collected from my finished primary that was fully attenuated. . . our so I thought. It looked fine yesterday. Only one of the two looked like this when I checked today but when I opened the normal looking one the yeast came to life and foamed out of the jar. These were in the fridge for about 3 weeks now and has settled as expected. It smells normal so I'm not thinking it's necessarily an infection.
