Amount of flaked corn?

Post by whisle pig » Mon Jan 16, 2012 7:03 pm

Looking at doing a Classic American Pilsner (5gal.) what % of flaked corn do most of you use? I'm thinking somewhere around 20-25% of the grain bill? Does that seem about right?
Thanks,
Peter

That sounds good to me. I've used up to 33% with great results.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
