Thermometer

Post by GillettBreweryCnslt » Mon Nov 07, 2011 12:20 pm

Hey,

Just a preface before the post: think it's time for an equipment sub-forum?

So if you followed my thread about mash temps you'll know I may be in the market for a new thermometer. I know I can get lab ones from NG for cheap. But, what you all think of this one? It'll save me from burning my hands taking temps.

Edit: It's the floating dial one that I'm looking at.

Might be OK. I prefer a digital, but I do always doublecheck with a lab thermometer.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
