Hey all,
Just a heads up that our much-anticipated Spruce Beer will be released this Friday - Dec. 12. It'll be available in 500ml bottles only at the brewery and select private stores in the HRM.
Pils will be available next Wednesday - Dec. 21, again at the brewery and private stores while supplies last. Cheers!

Do you mean today or December 16? I just finished my last one from last year and definitely want some more.meg_media wrote:Just a heads up that our much-anticipated Spruce Beer will be released this Friday - Dec. 12.

Oh sorry, my mistake, I meant this Friday, Dec. 16, at 10 a.m. - not yesterday. Thanks for catching that!

Have not tried that one yet, I am still wishing I would have picked up more of the Winter Warmer and Oktoberfest when they were out...

I wonder when the Ol' Fog Burner will be out. It was out by this time last year, as well as the barrel-aged version.
I did see that the brewing of the Schwarzbier from last year's brew-off took place last week. So it looks like it'll have about 4 weeks of lagering before release (assuming that'll be around March 22).

Meg is no longer with Garrison, so we'll be short on posts from them.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Someone is still running their Twitter and presumably facebook, though Titus often did that in the past. They hired a replacement but he/she may not be fully up to speed yet.mr x wrote:Meg is no longer with Garrison, so we'll be short on posts from them.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.
