First crack at a smoked brisket

The brisket I bought ended up being 2 separate pieces. The flat ended up a little more done than I would have liked and next time I'll use a little less rub, but it was tasty and the leftovers are just screaming to be turned into chilli.

Did you do a high temp/foil method?

Yeah, I got tired of standing in the rain, feeding the fire-box, so I foiled them and put them in the oven at 300F.

I've used that method to great success.
