I just picked the last of the Jalepeno's from the garden. Does anyone have a recipe for pickled Jalepenos? I can find plently online, but just want to know if anyone has a tried and true recipe. Thanks!

I go with 50/50 (I think) filtered water and vinegar and usually throw a couple crushed cloves of fresh garlic into each jar.
