Lookin' good.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Nice! Saw it on twitter but didn't make it down. Thanks for the pictures Greg, some great shots there, marketing material!
Tacos look great, looking forward to trying some in September.

Thanks guys, It was a fun event!
We do not make our own tortillas, there aren't that many hours in the day... We are currently considering having them made locally though, if the price is right.

TImG makes a mean tortilla, and I'm a good presser.
Nick, is that your chef? Glad to see you put him to work right away!

Right on, I didn't figure you did, but those look pretty decent - that's why I was curious. Look way better than the typical excuse that passes for a tortilla most places. In any case, they look great and I can't wait to try.Keggermeister wrote:Thanks guys, It was a fun event!

So as long as you can find private property to locate, you can go wherever you want? Would you also be able to serve outside of the restricted hours - breakfast for example?Keggermeister wrote:It is not municipal property. Re: Nomad Gourmet
Nick, I have an idea for your web site.
A page on your site with a Google map showing your current position and your track for the day (along with an overlay of where you plan to be if you have a predefined set of spots). You could acomplish this with a smartphone in the truck uploading GPS coordinates to your server and some maps magic on the server side. You could have the track fade out as you get close to home so you don't have people following you back. You could even have it tweet when you reach a destination. Kinda like a modern food truck horn.

Nick must be too modest to say it here - opened on Argyle yesterday. Brisket was tasty. Congrats Nick!

I'll try and see Nick Monday for lunch.
I hope all is well.

Thanks Guys! We are open for street meat!
I was being a bit quiet so I wouldn't be overrun with everyone at once. That said, I am ready for you!
