Okay so we had a little sausage party at my crib. Here's a few bad photos of the insanity....

Where's the beef? Well we smoked two whole eye of rounds. Not sure why there's no pics of them but we thoroughly enjoyed the smell of smoked beef on my hand...

Sigh, it's been a problem for him over the years with some brews. It really is a great beer when it is fresh.
Open fermentation do have some problems I guess.

I find these guys with chronic quality issues, and he's far from the only one, don't want to hear it.

It's too bad, I was really looking forward to that beer. I had a couple of their pale ales a while back and they were very good. As Rob said, the porter wasn't just a little infected, we all had a little sip and then down the drain.
