This is real good. Once lobster season open down home, I'm using that.

Robie Indian food store has the stuff you need. I'd start with 4 kashmiri chilies. Don't skip the tadka, but be ready with a lid as the seeds pop all over the place.

Pairs really well with the quinoa on this page.

It would be so fucking killer with lobster (maybe even some cracked crab legs thrown in too), now that's all I can think about, lol.
