Buy curing salt at Brother's on Agricola. It's dirt cheap. It's actually Prague Powder #1. It's not pink but its the same thing. I can also sell you Morton Tenderquick if you want to try some of that

Yeah if you asked for pink salt that would confuse them. They call it pickling salt (aka curing salt aka Prague Powder)
