I managed to get Jeff's and my brisket packed in the car today. The cooler that I brought was absolutely useless as not even one brisket would fit in it. :lol:

Mr. X's is in the freezer. I will not be home this weekend. Wife is around if you want to do a pick up Rob, but there is no rush.

OK, thanks. I have to do some work on the cottage this weekend, so I may not be around either. If there is no rush, I will get it by the next weekend at the latest.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
