lol, long as it takes for the Maverick to hit 165f in the centre of the stuffing. Maybe 4-5 hours at 325f. If you show up, you'll probably get fed, hahaha, after 6...

Indeed, no need for any 'version' on threads like this or the 'what are you drinking tonight' thread or the 'why the fuck do I have ADD so bad that I need to....' threadmr x wrote:I guess this is now the Winter Version.

Bird looks okay but I'm sure it'll look a lot tastier after it's cooked

I cut back a bit on the smoke after consideration, probably 3/4 of that - maple from the big burlap bag. The BC was the sherry/sesame/soy recipe. That is one of my favorite veggies on the grill, went real well with the arctic char (farmed in NS char that is, lol).

1.5 tsp of Death Rain Nitro in a 5 L brine for smoked chops will BURN your hands. Always wear latex gloves.

I didn't think anybody ever missed okra. Stick it in jambalaya and it just turns straight into green goo.mr x wrote:Jambalaya. Missing Okra, sniff sniff...
