The Tex-Mex Burger. 50-50 mix of lean ground beef and chorizo sausage, topped with Monterey Jack, Chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, Vidalia onion, and fresh guacamole.

Yeah, pies look fucking awesome Nash! I was supposed to make one this weekend myself but had the inlaws over and did a pork shoulder instead. I've definitely gotta make a good pie soon!!!

Made some homemade big macs. Delicious, very accurate, but without leaving you feeling greasy from going to mcD's
