Here's a link for the cauliflower salad from above. Girls went through 3 batches of it over 2 days. Grilling cauliflower really changes it for the better.

Yup, I don't typically buy beef at Costco (pork usually), and what I've picked up from the general grocery stores has been great! Same same really though, but my cooking methods have likely improved as well.

I recently tried some beef strip lion steaks from costco a few weeks ago. The meat was amazing, some of the best steak I have ever had.

Along with X above, some wicked ribs on the smoker and fucking awesome IPA mashed taters last night at Chez Nash...lots of butter and the perfect amount of IPA to have the hops shine through.

Xman's dinner, plated
Ribs were a little over-cooked but still deliciously juicy and tender, a lil too tender. ~5 hrs @ 250 F.
IPA and butter whipped potatoes were epic....
