You can always wrap it and turn up the heat to 350, maybe once it gets a little more char.

Spent grain bread done on the ceramic cooker. 1/4C dried spent grains added in, and the liquid was 1.5 cups of 1.040 wort from the Bees Knees Pale Ale. Cooked for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Can't wait to cut into it!
