Not yet, still using the original. I should caulk one of the gaps. The other I use for my probe wire. I noticed they are getting denser but still sealing good.

Google Acadian Maple Products ... I think they are in Tantallon. I've got it as gifts a few times.

Sliced flank steak on warm tortillas with sautéed onions and peppers, guac, diced tomato and cheese (whatever's in the fridge) is a big favorite around here.

Big cook today—four racks of baby backs and a dozen sausage on the Kamado and two chickens on the gas grill. Took Nash's advice and did 3 hours at 275° and the ribs were perfect. Tender, but not falling off the bone. Still had a bit of bite.
