I'm trying the plain s&p on my ribs next time. As much as I love bark and flavour, I think this would showcase the meat and cooking rather than just the rub being the predominant flavour for the most part

We went to Chabaa Thai for lunch today and it inspired me to make some green curry chicken. I took a run to the Asian grocery store and picked up everything I needed...MY BEST CURRY CHICKEN EVER!
