Burger looks dwarfed next to the pie!

Bet it was great though!

It was so good I wish I had room for another, but the pie was also so good, so I finished filling myself on it.
Now to hide the pie so my wife don't get into it and finish it off before I get a chance to sample another piece. :mmm:

Jesus Nash those ribs look so good. I really have to try beef ribs for a change from baby backs.

Man they look like nice sides ... always find sides around Halifax to be a bit lacking in meat. Not those ones though!

Those are pork side ribs boys

Been buying them at the SS and they've been excellent with only 3 hr cook time til done. I bought side ribs from Costco several times in the past and they took 6-7 hrs cook time before they were tender, by then of course they were dry so I swore to never buy them again

I may give them another try soon

Good question. Both fantastic really. The salt and pepper ones were a real nice change from the norm of dry-rub sumpin sumpin.

BTW, these ones were smoked with the Black Walnut wood only from akr71.

Yeah, I preferred the salt & pepper ones, but only because we tried them side-by-side. Had I tried them at 2 different times I probably wouldn't have been able to pick one.

Pulled Pork! Love it... I don't do it often enough. I did a long ring of charcoal inside my weber kettle and lit 8 coals to start and let it burn all the way around the kettle. Took about 8 hours... pulled apart amazingly :grilling:

I cooked up some pork burgers after taking some lessons from :NASH:. I hammered the meat with salt & pepper, pummeled it with fresh mint, and obliterated it with garlic. They turned out to be some of my better burgers.
