The mild is 80% pale, chocolate, victory and special B, in equal parts. Hops are N Brewer(38g at 60) and cascade (20g at 30 and 10 min). I may dry hop next time.

Yep, I'm using a Kamado Joe heat deflector. Here's a pic from the first pie I cooked on it.
