I'll be there, although it won't be until after the wife and I are finished going out for supper.......if that's ok. What time does everyone else plan on coming?

The plan is for a 6pm start, being a school night and all. You can drop by whenever it's convenient

Be warned, this is what happens when ABTs are involved. Ratebeer requested their shirts back.

Re: The Official What's Cooking Thread [Food Porn]
Thanks Greg. Great time as usual.
Good to meet Shane and see the guys again.
The mild is 80% pale, chocolate, victory and special B, in equal parts. Hops are N Brewer(38g at 60) and cascade (20g at 30 and 10 min). I may dry hop next time.

Looks great! Are you using any sort of heat diffuser in addition to your pizza stone there? Is your stone on the top rack?canuck wrote:Cooked another pie on the Kamado tonight. Totally impressed with cooking pizzas on this thing!!!

Yep, I'm using a Kamado Joe heat deflector. Here's a pic from the first pie I cooked on it.RubberToe wrote:Looks great! Are you using any sort of heat diffuser in addition to your pizza stone there? Brisket on for today. Going the ghetto smoke route and swapping out aluminum packs of wood chips.
