Whipped up some spent grain chocolate chip cookies this afternoon.

Used this recipe but also added an egg because I'm crazy like that.

When adding the egg, did you adjust anything else, like dropping some liquid? The cookies look great! :mmm:

Nice Jeff!

Had a small piece of brisket (~3lb) that I threw on the smoker. It was awfully lean (grass fed cattle), so I had a really tough time getting it tender. Still pretty tasty with some au jus and crispy onions on top.
