Whipped up some spent grain chocolate chip cookies this afternoon.
Used this recipe but also added an egg because I'm crazy like that.

Nice Jeff!
Had a small piece of brisket (~3lb) that I threw on the smoker. It was awfully lean (grass fed cattle), so I had a really tough time getting it tender. Still pretty tasty with some au jus and crispy onions on top.
