Just looked through this thread, definately intersting. Would love to try it myself sometime. However I'll need to wait til I get my garage in a couple years. :cheers2:

Thanks Shane. I just finished cold smoking my last efforts and will air dry for a week or so before waxing it. I also waxed the first lot I did, tonight.

Keith, that sounds like an awesome idea. Cascade flavoured Gouda :lol: And you don't need anything more special other than a place to age cheese in... like a kegerator ( if there is room there ) or the bottom section of the fridge.

That's good to know. I think my wife is gonna hate me even more next year once I start making cheese lol.
