IIRC, Nash told me SS at the end of Barrington has some. Get the rib end. Chater's on Wyse road as well....
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Chater's has them, cheap, skin-on only.

Super Store has them skin-off, more money but worth it imo.

Pete's sells them to people that are really fucking stupid. $$$

Oulton's has them if you really like hatchet jobs - like the absolute worst knife work I have seen on any piece of meat anywhere ever. I recommend staying away :lol: :lol:
