Re: New way of using a cooler
I am totally going to try this...
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Re: New way of using a cooler
Tried this today with a 1"striploin...135F for an hour, pan seared 1 min/side, and cut it with the fork....my new preffered steak method....more tender and much juicier than anything Ive ever cooked up before. Its also nice that you can put it on & forget about it till youre ready to eat! Go have another few holes on the course, another beer...and if guests are late..no prob! Done to perfection when they do get there.
thanx tony!

I tried this 3 times - it was awesome. I do miss the BBQ sauce though, marinating is key!

Edwardkb wrote that exact same post before with same typos. Do you want the WSM for cooking spam?: http://www.brewnosers.org/forums/viewto ... ain#p81459" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;rebamarvin wrote:Hi everyone.
Has anyone seen the Weber smokey mountain anywhere. I've jusr called around a bunch of places and they all carry weber grills except the WSM.
Both you and Edwardkb (same people?) have only written one post each, and the posts are identical in every way.edwardkb wrote:Hi everyone.

Several Brewnosers put a lot of effort and concern into answering the first post. No reply or thanks from rebamarvin/edwardkb. Whoever this is, is abusing us.
