Beef (and pork) cuts 'descriptions'

Post by TimG » Fri May 03, 2013 12:45 pm

Hey guys,

I've had no problem finding pictures and locations of the various cuts of meat (beef / pork).. but I'm looking for descriptions. You know, like "eye of round is leaner than the outside round, but... etc". Those sort of descriptions/ verbage. Anybody ever found a good resource for this sort of thing?

Thanks :cheers2:

I've seen a lot of charts out there, how's this one?

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
