Buy curing salt at Brother's on Agricola. It's dirt cheap. It's actually Prague Powder #1. It's not pink but its the same thing. I can also sell you Morton Tenderquick if you want to try some of that :)

Yeah if you asked for pink salt that would confuse them. They call it pickling salt (aka curing salt aka Prague Powder) :cheers3:
