Trying out my Charcoal Smoker

Post by HPhunter » Fri Feb 24, 2012 4:55 pm

I took out some of my home raised 1" grass fed steak from the freezer, and instead of using the charcoal BBQ I am trying out my new Smoker!!!
I know roasts and thick cuts are better for cooking this way, but I couldn't resist. I also chucked on some of my own sausages!

That's why I like my off set smoker. Easier to control temperatures than my kettle smoker. :grilling:
